This jumpstart consultation is recommended as a prerequisite to the training intensive below. It includes (but not limited to):
– Investigation and Analysis Session based on prequestionnaires including detailed medical and health history evaluation, nutritional and lifestyle evaluation to get to the root issues, and food and mood journaling
– Follow up to review Findings and Next Steps Action Plan which includes a 7-day recipe and personalized shopping guide

Are ready to have a clear path to tackle some of your biggest health concerns. You’ll receive simple feedback and suggestions so that you can begin taking the steps necessary to start feeling more energized. It’s all up to you, there is no commitment required.

This hybrid in-person and self-paced program includes:
– 24 in-person Pilates and gym private training sessions across 12 weeks (50min training sessions; 10min optional sauna therapy)
– A combo of Pilates and gym sessions focused on functional strength training, TRX, Barre, and belly dance (fluid movements to support the female body) that help you to revamp your cardiovascular endurance, mobility, flexibility, and build strength throughout the entire body
– Access to personalized training program on ABW App includes daily mindful movement practices, on-demand workouts, wellness trackers, body love affirmations and meditations, wholesome recipes, and community forum
– Me by your side as your personal rejuvenation cheerleader with private messaging access
– Option to add the nutritional therapy consultation ($695) details above
